Had the day off today so went to the club to renew our memberships (me and the wife) as well as getting a membership as a b'day present for my bro

havent been back to the club since renewing last year (work and family comittments unfortunately keep me away from the family days and stuff although we do go to all our victorian games)..

anyways i am so impressed with the changes that have taken place over the last year- fantastic

not just the obvious physical changes like the altering of the merchandise shop and membership dept ( we now have a face to greet people as soon as they step in!!!) but the attitudes of the staff is mind blowing!!!!! smiles everywhere ! the spring in their steps was totally amazing

what really blew my mind though was how helpful everyone was and fussing around my blatantly pregnant wife opening doors and getting her chairs etc

compared to the same time last year it is amazing how things have changed!!! i know it;s been said b4 but it really is amazing the difference a year can make!!!

oops i almost forgot - seeing those 16 cups displayed in all their glory almost brought a tear to the eye
