People this whole issue is a furphy! Forget about it, it's a media beat up!

Why?

The AFL doesn;t have authority over board members like they do over players whom they register.

Lets say the knobs at the AFL decide to force Dick out. SO WHAT! We, the members of Carlton, get 100 signatures, call an EGM, and vote Pratt back in.

We, as members, all have 1/36000th more control over Pratt's position at Carlton than flower has, and the league knows this.

They can't touch him! PLayers must be registered with the league and then picked by a club. Not so for board members who are elected independently by members.

We are an independent club and the AFL can ban our players but they can't choose our admin.

CASE CLOSED

By the way................Richard Pratt is a @#$%&! legend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
