Just a technical query:

Neither Lance nor Fevola are contracted.

Don't they and we have to agree terms before they can be traded. If we don't can't they just PSD it. (mind you we'd probably have first shot at them there anyway).

Is the benfit for them that we might trade them somewhere "good" - you know Lance to Brisbane, or something like that - is that why they'd sign up?

And if traded who takes responsibility for the salary under their contract? Isn't it us? Doesn't that restrict us from how much we can pay?

I dont see the upside of Lance like everyone else does....the football brain he is meant to have isnt translating into 500K a years worth of results and hasnt for a long while. Put simply he is overated and has been for a long while, Lance said on SEN he wants to stay at CHF and not be moved around. Facts are he cant play CHF in the modern game which means you have a unhappy player and thats not good for him or the club.

Are we kidding ourselves ..Sam Power?...with the idea that Luke will suddenly fall into our lap....dont think so..Most of our players who we would axe are delist material...who wants the bottom clubs rubbish...we get their crap for our picks not the other way round.

Lance for a second rnder could be as good as it gets especially if he wants big bucks as well and scares off some of the teams who may be prepared to offer more...I wouldnt re-sign him for any money....and would even be prepared to let him go into the PSD for nothing...
