Just mentioned on SEN....

Dennis was on for half an hour this morning.. he didn't say much about the blues (I was listening to bits and pieces), but did say he was damaged goods and hadnt been approached by anyone.

If I heard another cliche liked "you just gotta put one foot in front of the other" I think I will vomit......He didn't let up with them!!!!

I have to say the interviewing was pretty ordinary as they didn't ask much about the blues and the future, unless they were asked not to.

At the end though he said that he recons Bryce will be a superstar and captain of CFC as he is still only under-18s but playing senior footy. Also mentioned that Setanta will be a good player after playing 70 games...

Interested to hear Bryce.. if anyone else heard Dennis and could add it would be great as I missed parts of it!

Yes, a pretty weak interview with Pagan.

His phone hasn't been ringing.
Was asked if he was going to write a book -No.
Any requests to be on a panel to interview prospective coach - No.
Bryce Gibbs will be a superstar.
Setanta will be a star when he has 70 games up.
Knows what a tough time all the young blokes have been going through. (of course)

Most of the time was taken up with what he has been doing, watching TV/restaurants/ racing etc.

No mention of how Carlton's game has changed under Ratten, or comments on Jamieson or Jackson or any other young players.

Overall, a waste of time.

Also mentioned Fev shouldn't be traded, unless it's for Judd or someone similar.

Mentioned he suggested to Lance to take a few weeks off to get in shape to save his career.

Can someone please post what Bryce has to say on SEN. Ta!

Heard Bryce this morning sounded great for such a young man

Kevin Bartlett and Greg Denium interviewed him I think Greg has a man crush on Bryce was telling him that he watched his father playing and what a great player Bryce is and it is a pleasure to watch him play.

The asked him about Pagan and played the earlier comments he made about him Bryce was full of praise as you would expect.

Bartlett asked him how it was playing in defense Gibbs said it was a great learning experience helped him get used to the pace of the AFL, and how he started of playing in defense at Glenelg and only went into the middle when someone done his knee.

Kevin Also asked about the new coach and the different game plans, only couple of thing he mentioned was that they where play a bit more accountable football and playing for each other encouraging each other on the field when someone does something good or kicks a goal to make sure it is celebrated.

Also mentioned how Bryce is playing in a different position under Ratten more in the mid field and half forward line

Also they asked about him being put in the leadership group what it was like. At first he didn't want to do it because he wanted to earn the respect of the group which he didnt think he had. After the interview with the coaching panel he was recommended as one of the leaders and thought about it over night and decided he take the opportunity while its there.

They aske a few other stupid question regarding Bryce Gibbs cup last year and media pressure he answered then as he has in the past take it as it comes.

Also asked him about the father son rule and Adelaide and it didnt fuss him he just wanted to play AFL football since he was a kid and that is all he wants doesn't matter where.

They also mentioned how there was great hope at the club even though there not winning the place is alive and kick big future ahead. :-D

Thats all I can remember

Thanks Blueboy. With Bryce, Murph and a whole heap of young talent at the club, the bright future hopefully wont be too far away. :)
