Your right Rambo and this is what im saying, what happens if the players start sooking that the next coach is too hard or they dont agree with his game plan or bulls**t like that. As long as this is the case we will continue to be hopeless and will lose players to other clubs.

THE COACH IS IN CHARGE OF THE TEAM AND NO PLAYER OR PLAYERS ARE BIGGER THAN THE CLUB. WHEN THEY ARE PART OF THE CLUB THEY GIVE 100% AND LISTEN TO THE COACH, IF THEY DONT LIKE IT F OFF. YOU LET THE BOARD WORRY ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE COACH IS DOING HIS JOB WELL.

Im not sure what part of this the players dont understand. You guys are too one-eyed and continue to make excuses for players that are weak and dont want to put in. I cant wait until the next few weeks when you all start getting up Ratts because we have lost badly, and it will happen.
