The differance in the average age between clubs is sweet F.A.It meens jack shit.Can they get a kick is the question.I got a problem that i have an awfull feeling that some of our young guys have already peeked and there is no improvement left.And if there is improvement its minimal.The way i see it is that Waite and Walker are the only ones with a touch of the mercurial that might,and only might,go on to be matchwinners.
PS.Reckon Russell may eventually emerge as a genuine class player.

Not bothering to argue about age just know we have young list and inexperienced side
As for those with genuine class surely thorton qualifies and eddie betts at 18 looks chockful of talent
Dont agree that wiggins sporn livo carazzo and even bannister have peaked in terms of development - agree at the moment none look like superstars but dont think they are headed for the scrap heap either
Dont think bentick simpson or davies have peaked either and again not superstars have potential
I think that out of the others russell does look good and I think bateson also has potential
Elwood I WOULD BE DISAPPOINTED if the club did not retain each of livo wiggins and sporn at the end of the year
Wiggins is a regular member of the team - sporn is going through a slump but is a good player and given our list it would be ridiculous to get rid of a defender who is 190 cms plus when our only other defender of that size is thorton
If livo was fit last week he could have played on Ottens releasing whitnall to the forward line
Whilst not denigrating anyone would be surprised if the likes of bowyer clarke were preferred to wiggins sporn or livo
Having said that they may be trade bait if we got a good deal but that really goes for most of our list
