Noone knows how good this bunch of kids are, but one thing for sure imo, this squad is far better than the 2005 side that won in 2005 preseason cup.

I will not be surprised if we made the finals this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't make them, or in the event we end up bottom 2, I still wouldn't be surprised. Why?

Because they can be anything this year regardless of being the youngest team syas this squad has the makings of greatness.

I'll never forget 1993 and The Baby Bumbers (playing with a sprinkling of senior players that tipped their salary cap on the side of being illegal, making them cheats of the highest order) against the great, but wounded Carlton team, won the flag.

Anything can happen, and we wont have to cheat like The Bumbers did to win a Flag.

hahaha i was thinking the same thing Bondi but then stoped as i dont want a repeat of the past to come back and bite me.

Would be good to repeat 1993 with the new Baby blues of 2007

But one thing at a time win the NAB next week first hurdle and then tell the players get to the proper GF and share in $500K over the salary cap at least they have a carrot in front of them will mean that they will be motivated from the start of the season but unfortunately again will be a unknown how they go until we get through 4-6 rounds of the season proper.
