Is there still a behind scenes bitch fight with DP and the Bullants.

Surely details of a practice match for those not selected in the 24 going to play Hawthorn , is not too much to expect. Cannot some of these flower realise that members are interested even if they are not

A question As Aisake has been suspended for 2 premiership matches , does that prevent him playing in practice matches. if so isnt that double jepoardy

A bit of a stretch to say that the relationship between DP and Mitchell is the reason why no details have been released. The club could be snowed under with all that has been going on.

Call the club and find out when the game is on.

AFAIK, Aisake can play practice but not when the games that count.

Nothing to do with DP and Mitch.

The Bullants only finalised details late yesterday. I believe they had tried to organise one with another club.

http://bullants.footballvic.com.au/ (slight glitch: the full link to the story doesn't seem to work)

"Thursday 1 March 2007
There will now be an intra-club practice match this Saturday at 11:00, MC Labour Park. With still a large number training and the need for a few Carlton players to reach match fitness, it was decided on Thursday morning to convene the match. Around 16 of the Carlton boys are expected to play with a heap of Bullant players rotating off the bench"

Thanks paulg...I had initially been told that the Storm have a Family Day on Saturday so was surprised to see a game scheduled.

Better weather on Sunday, as it turns out. Hope it is an interesting affair. Wish I could get down to it.
