It's very clinical from what I can tell. The only time reputations would come into it is if they have points hanging over their heads or if they contest a charge and have to front the tribunal...

Is it ok to deliberately elbow someone in the face now?
Does that come under their criteria?
I really want to understand how this new tribunal system works. I am sure I have read that prior records do count, and surely his prior record is not that flash.
