The tribunal review panel have a set of criteria they need to work with. There's not much leeway for them to say, oh he's a dirty prick, let's book him.

It's very clinical from what I can tell. The only time reputations would come into it is if they have points hanging over their heads or if they contest a charge and have to front the tribunal...

Still, as Cazzesman said, he's a cheapshot artist regardless.

Is it ok to deliberately elbow someone in the face now?
Does that come under their criteria?

I really want to understand how this new tribunal system works. I am sure I have read that prior records do count, and surely his prior record is not that flash.
