hewett kennedy and cripps is just too slow in the middle mate. teams literally run away from us with that set up.

that's why cerra really adds to our midfield structure and running both ways.

i'm not sure who can put in the middle to cover cerra, when we've done it with kenedy and hewett we get smoked the other way if we don't get first use.

is cunningham strong or even hard enough to play in the centre.

Carroll is obviously next man up, but I don’t think he’s bringing that missing quickness to the table.

New Hollands & Cuningham are both capable, but then you’re looking for another half forward (Binns, probably)… not the worst idea.

I might be letting expectations run wild, but I think Wilson has got a ‘ready now’ vibe about him. His hands are as clean as anyone & he can definitely find the footy.

Rumour floating around that Pitto has broken his hand. Any truth to this?

He had some sore of splint put on during the Melb game. Looks very possible

Andy Maher pointed out several times in the biased call that Boyd looked like he'd done something around the groin area.

And lo and behold he was on the bench for those crucial final minutes.

I'm bracing for a bad injury report this week. Hopefully nothing comes out of it though.

He said on the website “it popped out, then went straight back in”.

Whatever ‘it’ was, your guess is as good as mine.

Judging by Pitto's size it would be a baby's arm holding an apple.

So potentially Pitto, Cerra and Boyd..... or possibly none?
I hate injuries....
I hope they all happen now leaving us with a full and healthy squad in the second half of the year

Go Blues

The injury list was getting dangerously short, this restores the natural balance.

Did anyone get to the open training session this morning to see how he looked?

Gotta say, 8:30am Mothers Day not exactly the ideal timeslot choice by the club :?
