The HTB rule all year has me fuming, then scratching my head and then completely lost. As far as I can tell it is pot luck whether or not you get a free given or not.

That's what the umpire does with the coin after the coin toss to pick which end teams kick. Heads or Tails. Whistle. Free or Play on. FMD its a disgrace.
