the boys come out to play with a new found intensity it starts in the midfield where we got slaughtered against GWS.

I get the feeling these kids are going out to war...as will the Saints who will steel themselves for battle.

WE need a mix of about dozen soldiers to throw through there: Heavy contest warrior, hard bodied, endurance and speed.

Midfield starts in the ruck: Kreuzer Casboult McKay is a good mix. Physical weapons towards StK midfielders.
Big bodied warriors: Cripps, Charlie, Silvagni, Kennedy, Setterfield, even McGovern for an odd centre bounce.
Mix it up and hit hard and hit for keeps.

Then there's the running mids with endurance like Walsh, and mature bodied runners like Ed and Gibbons.

And Speed and class with SPS, Dow and Fisher and we have a great mix with plenty of soldiers to share the load.

I'm expecting Kennedy to play. Just a hunch. He would be itching for a footy match.

Setterfield may be lucky to hols his spot, and Stocker may have to make way.
I wouldn't mind Stocker to play midfield ahead of Setterfield TBH.

We will win it in the midfield.
They have mature bodied competiitive mids, but we have big sized mids with plenty of class.
