3 players now.

Patton Davis & Ward all done before half time.

Melbourne haven't scored a goal since the first qtr and it's nearly 3/4 time.

Must be correct, unlike MM.

Well at least Melbourne has improved and become more competitive. They haven't gone backwards

Really? Currently 7 goals down against a team which has lost 2 major players to injury this match.

GWS did beat us remember

The Giants aren't just beating Melbourne. They're giving them a hefty pasting. And that's with 3 players down.

I daresay that even we would have been able to roll over them earlier this season if that happen to the Patton, Ward and Davis against us.

We're in no position to be ridiculing Paul Roos.
Melbourne may be garbage but they've already won 2 more games than they did last year. (including beating us)
We on the other hand are currently 4 wins behind last years effort.

Every club is building for the future .Im sure if you spkoe to any other supporter they would say the same
Tigers supporters are saying hand over tge 2015 cup now its there's already
Football is about the here and now not what is happening down the track
You have to put yourself into the best position to win as many games as possible then give yourself a crack at it.
Supporters are fooled by this building for the future crap.
We are not a GwS or GC we haven't been given a bunch of kids
Malthouse was handed a list of players including 10 top 10 draft picks all approaching their age where they peak

He took us backwards

If you cant understand that its not my problem

Football is about results we ain't getting them

My 23 month old daughter has been doing the toilet training thing for the last few weeks. Apparently, so my wife was told, at 23 months of age kids are ready to throw away the nappy.
So up she got a few weeks ago. Threw away all the nappies because they are for little girls, and put on underpants for the first time.
She took to it like a dream. All we heard from day one was "wee wee , wee wee" and "poo poo, poo poo". I didnt realise they went so often.

During the last two weeks she misfired on some occasions, but for the most part it was going rather well.
Than on Monday of this week, she misfired all day. For no apparent reason.Just misfired. All day and night.Accidents everywhere.Disaster.
Mummy must have changed her "big girls underpants" 15 times during that day and night.

Late on Monday evening, whilst the little darling was asleep and preparing to wet the bed again in a few hours time, we conviened our board meeting and after much debate finally decreed to keep the message the same.
We knew that if we stayed consistant and postive with the message, she would get it eventally and be heading in the right direction again in no time. Had we changed our approach on Monday, we would have set the little darling back weeks if not months with our mixed messages. It was vital to keep the message the same. We thought it best not to change our approach just because the results of the day were negative. We were after the long term results After all baby number two is only months away. This just has to work.

Since Tuesday morning we have only had two accidents.
She took a step back on Monday, but she got the hang of it again pretty quickly since Tuesday and has been so proud of herself. I wouldnt say we have nailed it just yet, but we are well on the way.

Sometimes you just have to regress to progress.

So basically you're saying our list is shit. Yeah?

Not at all but I think it's farcical to think we're in a position to be ridiculing other teams and coaches.
It's also short sighted to suggest Roos is a lesser coach after isolating 1 particular game.
Melbourne have already improved their output from last year. It's just going to take a long time.

So out of interest Paf - what is it you're waiting for TC members to say you were right about? And why are you celebrating only being right once?

MICK Malthouse says Carlton has already turned its attention to 2015 as the veteran coach faces his first season in a decade without September action.

Malthouse said the Blues had made huge gains this season, highlighted by Marc Murphy’s sharp leadership improvement.

The Blues are expected to unveil club debutant No. 8 against Port Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval tomorrow night.
