I've heard they're both very approachable and treat the players like sons. But that's not what its about.
I want a coach/player relationship that results in success. Loving the coach or having affection for him is almost irrelevant.
Having an environment that creates success requires much more than that. Theres plenty of "loved" coaches on the scrapheap. I don't care if they despise him, as long as the partnership results in players reaching their potential.
