I'm not sure who mentioned it in this thread, but I would love to hear the Bulldogs rationale behind having it. I'd like to think its a bit more than - we're a poor club was just give it to us.

Logically it should be Nth vs Carlton. The two clubs closest geographically to the Royal Children's. And let's call a spade a spade - one of the bigger clubs should be involved to carry a decent crowd in years when one or both of the teams aren't much chop. Can you imagine Nth vs Bulldogs if they are both at the bottom of the ladder.... Ugly.

I read that. Don't get me started. If Essendon* get this game I'll be done with it all. How could they possibly be given any kind of 'reward' given the space they currently occupy in the fixture - and what they have dragged the entire competition throughout he last 18 months.

Even McGuire has the sense to keep out of this. Not that there's any quotes from Essendon* in the article, to be fair.

And Murray League. Echuca United, Moama derby on today at the South Oval which will be chockas.
In Bendigo, Kangaroo Flat, with someone named Fevola in their side, are playing Golden Square. Again, they'll pack 'em in.

The patronising one might need to make it one of his little projects to look into the dark corners of all those leagues to see who is benefitting from playing today. Right after he is finished with the serious biznis of ruining the young oligarchs club for being young and oligarchs.

the bombers may lose the ANZAC day game - they are beng crucified in public on Good Friday in the hope that they will be resurrected as sporting club.

Still, I'm no better. I'm flying to Adelaide today, y'know, to be with family. Those poor airline staff. Gee I can be a prick sometimes!

Would the site automatically shut down if there was nobody at the helm running it?

Isn't it self running like the airline industry?

And of course transport which is an essential service, is exactly the same as an irrelevant sporting code ladies and gentlemen.

I wonder how many shopping centers, major stores or supermarkets are open on this Good Friday?

Yes ladies and gentlemen, dismantle everything for the all mighty dollar and superficialdom. Perhaps the sacred morning of ANZAC day should be encroached upon? Think of all the profit losses.

The horror of not having a game to go to or watch on the magnificent commercial TV channels which are foreign owned anyway.

Continue the numbing down ladies and gentlemen.

The patronising one will now address the idiot.

1) i was soooo bored yesterday that i got great cofort in knowing were getting good friday footy... did you feel the boredom?
2) i was also longing for those $10 pies at the footy and the $12 beer.. the carpark price and the MEt ticket fee to catch the train in with the family...
i went through my pockets and found i had no more for the Good Friday appeal.... the kids can go get [REDACTED]!!!.. i dont care if they dont have hair...... im going to the footy!!!.. im bored!!!
AFL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> cancer kids.
The AFL need to turn Easter Friday into its own and have it rebranded...AFL super friday...
Everything should revolve around footy.....every day of the year.... monday morning too....were bored.....!!... :screwy:

oh and yeah,,,, i take my lead from the Ovens and Murray league..

Do you see why u feel patronised yet?..... you just dont have a thinking cell in your head...so its your self defence mechanism screaming that.. when in fact you dont have the basic capacity to think.

dont worry.. nothing about u is needed in my life camelboy...
you can disappear off the face of the world and it wouldnt matter to me .. u realise this.
planes are essential services theyre not entertaining you... i thought i should inform u that your sense of perspective is abit warped.....
i never said essential services should be cut... as a matter of fact i said the opposite.

but i know its very difficult for u to understand logic.. in your quest for rationalising your own stupidity :yikes: :screwy:

UPDATE :
Golden Square defeated Kangaroo Flat, 13.12.(90) to 13.6.(84). Fev kicked 4.1 for the Flat.
16 year old Sam Harper kicked the winning goal from 45 metres with 50 seconds left on the clock in front of a large crowd.
PROs :
The Flat rewarded with their biggest home crowd in a very long time.
Square managed to win despite missing Corey Jones and Rick Ladson, limited interchanges due to injury, and trailing by 27 points late in 3rd qtr.

CONs :
None.

Well done BFL, Flat and Square.

Oh, there was also a VFL game at the QEO, Essendon* defeated Bendigo Gold by 28 points.........bugger !!
