One would presume so Murray - although the 'other' Sam Power on the internet of any notoriety is an Irish-born American academic, author and diplomat who currently serves as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations. Power is best known for her efforts to increase public awareness of genocide and human rights abuses, particularly in the Darfur conflict.

In 2008, Esquire magazine cited her as one of the "75 most influential people of the 21st century". I don't think it's 'Samantha' Power we're appointing...which is a touch disappointing ... No doubt someone on here or at the club will berate me for having a go at a bloke whose virtues I cannot espouse.

Club would be much better to get integrity officer - who is almost co-equal with CEO but reports directly to the board and would have oversight of salary cap,supplements ,gambling compliance ,AFL rule compliance

I'm sure - in the fullness of time - all clubs will appoint an integrity officer. It's a role Cazzesman should consider.
