Agree with the general point of the thread.

But I think that we need to accept there are some good players and teams out there who want to beat us just as much as we want to beat them and are going to have good moments within games and consequently make an impact on the scoreboard. We can't just expect to have things all our own way. Ideally we would never concede consecutive goals but it's inevitable, particularly given the importance of momentum in the game these days, that sides are going to get a run on against us.

I think that just as much a concern is our inability to capitalise on our own dominance within games. Getting better for value for money out of the periods of the game in which we are control would render opposition resistance as largely irrelevant.
