It has been well publicised that the 2 kids were on their way to meet their dad at game at the G.

Sure its a traditional tribal gathering to go to the G and they arent players but this was unprecedented and different to cancer road victims....imo

Just a s a one off. Just do it. I can see why CFC shouldnt...just let this happen.

I dont think its smart for the club to ignore because of the publicity and many readers do expect the armbands...but if the Club dont I wont hold it against them.

I just prefer this occasion to other cancer and road victims...weven if they die coming to the Blues game...but Id need to know the story because there should always be an exception. Sorry.

Did Koutas little female fan die?...plenty of publicity during our dark years...one of our few good stories till Pratty saved us...I think so...sorry if Im wrong...but if she did did we wear black arm bands .. Did Kouta?

One side of the banner will be dedicated to them, according to CFC Facebook page.

Two kids, clear and fresh Carlton link, awful tragedy .

I'm happy for any recognition of the event that they think is appropriate.

I agree. A message on the banner at one of the biggest games of the year is a pretty good way to acknowledge it.

I love the banner idea, I would like to see them wear black armbands for these kids, the circumstances were extraordinary and the supporters are the club, are they not?
I also hope it reminds the players of how fragile and fleeting life can be and of how lucky they are to be in the position they are in.

Completely agree.
Well done by that Club for this.

That's really quite odd.
