This is not a bag of Nick Duigan and I am not sure if the subject has been raised before but the similarities have been on my mind for a while...

Teague was a super recruit in his first year and a deserved B&F winner at about 22 years of age. By half way through his second year he was in the Magoos and basically didn't play during the third year. Teague was brave to a fault but undersized for a KPD and not mobile enough or fast enough for the smaller players. He was best employed as a third man up but other sides cottoned on to this and worked through his direct opponent.

Through last year I could not escape these thoughts as I watched Nick Duigan. Love his passion, he's a smart bloke and a good leader. Against this he is slow, an ordinary kick and too short for the big blokes. I want him to make it as I am confident he would make us better if he did but I can't help but worry he will go the way of David Teague.

Thoughts??

Both good guys but I wouldn't put him in the same category as Teague for bravery and I never saw Teague spit the dummy on the field like Duigan does at times.

Both handy footballers and good servants of the club but not likely to ever end up as long term prospects.

I think his legs can't stand up to senior footy long term; hamstring injuries nearly cost him a career, and now he's short of a gallop because of them.

Oh and um, hey.
