I'm probably one of few TC'ers to see John play.

I remember him quite well considering it was 50 years ago that he last played (and I was only 8 at the time).

John was one of my original 3 favorite players, along with Berkley Cox (another Tasmanian) and Peter Barry (I had an uncle named Peter Barry).

Thanks for the memories, John, and RIP.
