..quality, genuine quality KPD.. ..champion CHB, would trust him to work closely with Watto and co., a player like Watto would improve dramatically with a coach teaching him the canny craft of body positioning and subtle herding tactics.. ..i also assume that a champ CHB would understand how a defensive back six needs to work together..

Our club which is stuffed financially is paying out several hundred thousand dollars to dispose of experienced and highly rated assistants.

And as their replacements, we're looking at a 57 year old who hasnt had an AFL assistant job for years and a TV boundary rider with zero coaching experience.

Have a listen to the 5AAA interview with Mick and Cornes, he gives a full rundown on the meeting. All a setup, Jacovich wanted to be photographed by the media to show off to a mate in Perth. Meeting was at the Lindt chocolate shop in Southbank, a catchup of a former coach and player, nothing more. Mick joked that there is no way you could get Jacovich out of perth.

I didn’t catch Jako on 6PR last night but caught him on his regular spot on 96FM this morning.

Admitted that he and MM discussed him forming part of MM’s team. Indicated that this may have been in a development type role with the 1 – 4 year players. Gave it considerable thought however has declined. Established here and joked that he would actually have to work if he took up the role.
