We have no excuses now.
But still id love for there to be regime change....at the very top... hardly seems fair for Ratts to go and allow Sticks to continue on stumbling along...
You and Wallsy should get together and debate this.
He reckons it's ordinary and full of introverted leaders and players who can't kick.
I am interested why you would say that after spending the last six months bagging the recruiters (as well as the coach, president, rest of the board, lack of due process off the field, and structure on it. In fact everything about the club.)
All of a sudden the list is good enough to win 4 in a row. Perhaps now you could congratulate Cazzeman and his crew and Ratts for putting it together.
List is out of whack BS.....
Means lopsided in list management.... not that it cant play.
We have alot of mentally scarred footballers.
Unhappy footballers.
that has nothing to with whether or not with we have some real talent and its stunted..
FWIW... im not a huge fan of MM.... but i cant see how MM cannot be better equipped to go to battle than a guy who says "We carried footballers all year"
Agree Synbad... Ratts is a great bloke but couldn't get anywhere near enough out of the players... IMO we have the talent to be just as good as a Hawthorn are this year if we can put it all together, plus have a relatively healthy list... Ratts can be partially excused for our injuries this year, but not our shithouse form earlier in the year against Port, StK, Adelaide and then against the Suns.
Something strange is going on when you beat a Collingwood team twice and you lose to teams like Port and the Suns.
We have a soft underbelly and the players need to step up..
I've been a MM fan for a long time, a great player manager, motivator and coach... Hopefully this can be the start of an era with some real success....
