I have never been away. It is good watching us winning with a complete new set of assistant coaches, an extra tackling coach and the head coach coaching from the boundary.

Is Duigan eligible?

Don't know if you're serious but.......to win the NRS; a player must be under the age of 21 at the start of that year; and to have played no more than 10 games; and not to have been suspended during that season (as with the Brownlow).

So, is he?

Nick Duigan is 26...............5 years too old.....so he's already ineligible.

Perhaps winning 4 in a row, for only the second time in the last decade, is a more worthy short-term target?

We did it in 2009, couldn't do it last year, and now have the chance to do it this year. Previous time we managed it was in 2001.

All for hoopla and chest thumping but we've only won 3 matches in a row!

yep. That is a super idea.
The odds for this game are ridiculous.
I consider Sydney to be a real threat, just as i do Hawks.
To win 4 in a row...wow!! we will all be flying!!
Hard to keep a lid on it to be honest ... the thing that I am really excited about is the unity within the group at the moment.

You feel that they believe they can do it as well!

If you look at all the premiership teams of the past they all had that look that Carlton had today, they had that patting each other on the back, going in when its your time etc etc.

They looked like Anzacs going over the wall at Gallipoli today .... steel in their eyes. Were not going to give an inch. Especially Mitch ... hat guy is bullet proof!
They have good reason to believe as they do.

They just look at the bloke next to them to get inspiration. Our boys are at war. They don't look like they're out there to make friends and learn the game.

I know they will win this Saturday against the final 4 contender, a cocky one at that.
But can we win 4 quarters?
That's the next level we have to conquer imo and the winning streak will look after itself (see 1995)
