I'd just like to publicly say that this guy - whatever we are paying him - double it! I was sooooo impressed by the fitness of our guys on Saturday night and it's primarily due to our fitness guru whom Denis bought across from the Kangaroos. I've been a little critical with the Pagan game plan in the past - but can now see that with the footy brain that is being instilled in our team by Pagan and the fitness levels required to carry out such execution that we are now seeing the benefits of a couple of years work coming to fruition. If you get the opportunity, just watch a player for 5 minutes and look at the running done...Lappin is brilliant, Stevens and Campo superb and even young Simpson was impressive in his runs and willingness to provide an option even if it wasn't honored. Hats off Pete!

Yep, they were brilliant being able to go into the defensive 50 for the flood and then hightail it back to our forward line, over and over....never seen us so fit and it looked great.

I suspect we'll tire by the end of the season... but be primed for a HUGE 2006, after a good year of training this year.

Also, I'd like to see plenty of rotation to ease the burdon... especially with the Walkers and Kade Simpsons of the side...... again, to ensure a bumper 2006.

We're smart operators, no question.

Good one Urbs. This fella seems to be having a big impact on the group.Fitness and injury management seem to be the new frontiers in footy today.Gotta get these facets right for you to have any chance. The guys look bigger yet leaner if you know what i mean.More muscle mass or whatever. Also a special mention to the boxing nazi.No spring chicken, but the boys sure know hes around.Dead set phsycho this bloke.Shows no mercy whatsoever.Really goads the more timid types.Seems to be working a treat,as some of these guys are really coming out of there shells.Who would have thought Wiggo would take a ping at one of his teamates this time last year.Seems to be showing on the field.Good for him to i say.
