I had some shopping to do yesterday for major appliances. So I've only watched the 1st 1/4. Actually I was too nervous anyway, even when I got home, I mostly used iPhone to update scores. But i count this win up there with beating Geelong ad the Saints. It showed more fortitude because we weren't in a "nothing to lose" situation. Port are playing good footy atm and although I haven't watched the full game, the discrepancy in scoring shots tells me we broke them down despite their lead in the 3rd.
Same with the hawks this week. The pressure is on us to win the game. The Hawks will have nothing to lose. It's a foreign situation for our team to be in but its how we respond in these games that determines where we finish years end. Case in point is the Kangaroos, they have been woeful against decent teams but they are 4-4 by being consistent in the games they have a chance in.
