I see your point but the gap between Cooney and everyone else in that darft is cavernous.

Almost. McLean, Mundy, Stanton, Adcock, Michael Johnson, Carrazzo, Davey, Foley & Lovett all went in the same pool. All quality players, even though one of them has proven to be a complete scumbag.

I daresay only Michael Johnson has the opportunity to grab a Brownlow though, if anyone.

EDIT: fixed massive oversight.

If Farren Ray ever wins a brownlow... I'll walk nude in the city with my body painted in Collingwood colors...

Took me a few hours to realise...

Was confusing Ray & Griffen... again.

Serious? I realise out of sight, out of mind, but in my opinion Michael Johnson will never get within 15 votes of winning a Brownlow. He’s only polled 5 votes in his entire career!

I think with the addition of Morabito, he has the opportunity to roam around and be the attacking player he is. Magnificent foot skills for a guy his size and runs all day. Good temperament also, which can only help the cause.

Equal best & fairest for Freo in '06, and about the right age to have a huge season with all his attributes (25).

Walker is not ours.

When are we going to start marking walker based on actual performance rather then potential??

+1

Granted, he hasn't played much footy over he last 2 years, but this isn't a handicap event.
You come in underdone or without match experience and you'll get exposed; no excuses.

I want him to rip games apart as much as anybody else, but all I've heard for the last 4-5 years is about how much potential this guy has, if only he weren't injured, or coming back from a shoulder, or...
